Q. How long have Collective Intelligence Group been operating?
A. Nearly 25 years in business and growing every day from strength to strength.
Q. How many systems have you installed Globally?
A. We currently have our telemetry systems in over 30 countries, and nearly 15000 units in active service, monitoring and ensuring that compliance and safety is maintained. Check our current Global Map!
Q. Can Collective Intelligence Products be installed onto a variety of different Brands of Equipment?
A. Yes. One of the reasons we have the best telemetry is because we CAN install our products onto most Makes and models of Equipment.
Q. Which brands of forklift trucks & equipment can Collective Intelligence Products be installed on?
A. ANY Brand or ANY Equipment. This is what sets us apart from the rest!
Q. Do you sell through a dealer network?
A. Yes! We value our relationships with all major dealers throughout the USA, Europe, Canada, Asia and LATAM. Contact our sales team directly for more information at sales@forkliftiq360.com
Q. Do you have dealers in South East Asia?
A. Yes! We have a range of dealers and OEMs that manufacturer and sell our products throughout SE Asia.
Q. Do you white label your systems for dealers and OEMS?
A. Yes. We already white label all our systems – provide us with your logos, and we will do the rest. We produce brochures, including installation and dashboard guides if you want them company branded.
Q. Do you have a physical office in the USA?
A. Yes! We currently have an office in beautiful downtown Greenville SC, with plans to open a second space in state of Texas soon.
Q. Where else do you have offices in the world?
A. Our head office is in Sydney Australia, we have a team in Somerset UK, A team in Angeles City, Philippines and Ibague, Colombia.

Q. Is FleetIQ360 the same as XQ360?
A. Only in the Hardware. The XQ360 software is our new much more powerful system which has cutting edge technology in its software and is superceding the FleetiQ360 system.
Q. What features does the XQ360 have that the FleetiQ360 doesn’t?
A. In short – many. And most of it is behind the scenes. The architecture behind XQ360 is super powerful making synchronizing between the dashboard and trucks superfast. There as many features around reporting and integrations that were never possible before – now available. XQ360 is fully customizable to suit your business environment and also has the ability to integrate other third party systems into our super clean and user friendly dashboard.
Dashboard Training
Q. Do you provide Dashboard Training?
A. Absolutely! We have a dedicated team of trainers who specialize in providing a guided onboarding and training process tailored to the experience of your team to ensure that all our customers receive the tools they need to make the most out of system.
Q. Does the customer have to pay for each training session?
A. No. Not for the virtual training sessions - they are included in your purchase price! Yes - the purchase of our products includes 5 years of training and support. No additional fees or charges. We recognize that Fleet Management can be a transient industry with a high turnover of employees – so we provide ongoing training for your team whenever you need us.
Q. Will you provide onsite training to our team?
A. Yes. For an additional cost, we will travel to your location and provide onsite dashboard training to your team.
Q. Where are you training team based?
A. We have a global team of trainers based in Australia, USA, UK and Colombia.
Q. How do I request training?
A. We provide several ways for you to schedule a training session.

2. Via CI Concierge. Register to access the portal and click on the Training tile. Complete your details, Select a day and time that suits you and your team, and our we will book a time to train you. Its that easy!
Development and Customization
Q. Who develops your product?
A. We do! Telemetry is not just a side hustle for us - Telemetry is ALL we do! Thats why we are the best! We have a team of inhouse specialist software and hardware engineers, in teams across the globe who are at the forefront of the technology required for our products to be as powerful, intuitive and customizable as possible.
Shipping
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. We have shipping agreements with all the major providers and can dispatch overnight if required. We provide tracking on all shipments to ensure your products arrive at their destination on time every time.
Q. What is the typical turnaround time for placing an order to receiving the goods?
A. Typically we ship within 2 days. If we are scheduling our inhouse technicians to install we like to time the arrive of the goods to within 3 days of the tech arriving on site.
Installation Information
Q. Can we install tyour systems ourselves?
A. Yes. We can train your technicians to install our products in accordance with best practice techniques. We provide detailed documentation about best practice installation process for each of our products. Or - you can schedule our in-house technicians to come to your site to install our products.
Q. Do you have your own installers and technicians?
A. Yes. At Collective Intelligence Group we have a team of technicians who we co-ordinate to travel all over the USA, LATAM and CANADA to install our telemetry onto your equipment.

Q. Do you provide support if something goes wrong?
A. Absolutely. We provide 24/7 Global support for all our products. We have support teams active across the world in the UK, Philippines, Australia, USA & Colombia.

Q. What is CI Concierge?
A. Our support service includes access to your very own CI Concierge. This portal allows each customer to see their own support tickets, contact our teams directly and access Installation and Dashboard guides.
We also have a super smart Chat box called Millie who can answer a wealth of technical installation and dashboard questions. CI Conceirge is provided once you purchase our products and complete the dashboard training sessions.
